This album is entirely assembled from samples and found sounds which have been heavily transformed (transmuted? trans-mutated?) via electronic means. There is more than a little nose-thumbing going on here: some of the artists sampled are notoriously litigious, but I defy even them to recognize their own source material in these pieces.
